Shipping policy
At Allistar, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below is an overview of our shipping process and estimated delivery times.
Allistar partners with major shipping companies like FedEx, UPS, USPS, and other trusted carriers. We currently ship only within the United States (all 50 states and U.S. territories) and do not ship to international locations outside of the USA.
Processing Time:
All orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Eastern Time, based on our fulfillment center) are typically processed within 24–48 hours (business days). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time by Shipping Option (within the United States)
After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are dependent on choice of shipping service.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Economy Shipping (5–8 business days) — $6.99
- Standard Shipping (3–4 business days) — $7.99
- Express Shipping (1–2 business days) — $15.99
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Total Delivery Time: Your total estimated delivery time is our processing time (1–2 business days) plus the transit time for your selected option.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 48 hours.
While we will do all that we can to make sure your order is delivered on time, Allistar cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, protests, or other unforeseen circumstances that may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
For orders with multiple items, products may be shipped separately and received on different dates due to the difference in fulfillment center locations.
You will be charged when your order is placed. All payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. To help fight credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed and/or cancelled.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages:
Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer. However, if you believe your package was mis-delivered or stolen, please contact the carrier to file a claim and notify us at support@allistarholdings.com. We will make reasonable efforts to assist in locating the package or, where appropriate, offer a replacement or other resolution at our discretion.
Wrong Address Disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping fees and for coordinating redelivery or pickup with the carrier.
If the package is returned to us by the carrier, we will contact you. At that point, we can either reship the order to an updated address (additional shipping fees may apply) or process a refund for the product(s) minus any original and return shipping costs.
If the carrier holds the package at a local delivery center due to an address issue, the buyer is responsible for picking up the items. A refund will only be issued when the items are returned to us in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. Cancellations after 48 hours may be subject to a restocking fee.
If the order has already shipped, you may refuse delivery or return the product in accordance with our Refund Policy. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
We generally do not accept cancellations or refunds solely due to a change of mind or finding a lower price elsewhere after placing an order. Please ensure that you wish to purchase the items in your cart before completing checkout. Eligible items may still be returned under our Refund Policy.
