Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Allistar. We take pride in providing you with the highest quality products and excellent customer service. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may return or exchange a product. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused and in its original packaging. Used products or products damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@allistarholdings.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unless the return is due to our error (for example, an incorrect or damaged item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which may be deducted from your refund.

Refund Processing:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and, if approved, issue a refund to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. A refund receipt will be emailed to the address used at checkout.

Incorrect or Damaged Items:

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please email us at support@allistarholdings.com within 30 days of your delivery date so we can correct the problem immediately. Allistar will cover return shipping costs for incorrect or damaged items.

Late or Missing Refunds:

Once we have received, inspected, and approved your return, we will issue your refund within 5–10 business days. If you have not received your refund after this period, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card company — posting can take additional processing time
  3. Contact your bank — there is often processing time before a refund appears
  4. If you have completed all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@allistarholdings.com

Please note that some financial institutions may take up to 30 days to reflect the refund on your statement. This is outside of our control.

Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. Cancellations after 48 hours may be subject to a restocking fee.

If the order has already shipped, you may refuse delivery or return the product in accordance with this Refund Policy. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

We generally do not accept cancellations or refunds solely due to a change of mind or finding a lower price elsewhere after placing an order. Eligible items may still be returned under this Refund Policy.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
