Overview
Allistar Holdings, Inc., doing business as "Allistar" ("the Company"), is the registered owner of the Allistar trademark under the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). This Authorized Reseller Policy governs the sale, distribution, and resale of all products sold under the Allistar brand name and trademark.
This policy applies to all individuals, businesses, and entities across every sales channel without exception — including online marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, social commerce platforms, live shopping channels, and physical retail locations.
⚠ Important Notice: Allistar products are sold exclusively through our official website at allistarholdings.com. No third party is currently authorized to resell, list, or distribute Allistar products on any channel or platform whatsoever.
No Authorized Resellers
As of the effective date of this policy, Allistar has not authorized any third-party reseller, distributor, retailer, or individual to sell Allistar-branded products through any channel, platform, or location.
This includes, without limitation:
- Online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms
- Social commerce platforms including TikTok Shop, Facebook Marketplace, Instagram Shopping, Pinterest, and YouTube Shopping
- Live shopping channels and auction sites
- Classified ad platforms
- Physical retail stores
Any listing or sale of Allistar products by a party other than Allistar may constitute:
- Trademark infringement under the Lanham Act (15 U.S.C. § 1051 et seq.)
- Unfair competition and deceptive trade practices
- Violations of applicable platform policies and terms of service
- Violations of applicable state and federal consumer protection laws
Trademark Rights
The trademark Allistar, along with the associated logo, trade dress, and all related marks, are registered trademarks of Allistar Holdings, Inc. with the USPTO. All rights are reserved.
Unauthorized use of the Allistar trademark — including in product listings, titles, descriptions, tags, or marketing materials — without express written permission is strictly prohibited and will be actively enforced.
Allistar continuously monitors online channels and reserves the right to report, request removal of, or pursue legal action against any listing that infringes upon its intellectual property rights.
Prohibited Activities
The following are expressly prohibited without prior written authorization from Allistar:
- Listing or selling Allistar products on any platform, marketplace, or sales channel — online or offline
- Using the Allistar name, logo, or trademark in any product listing, social media post, advertisement, or promotional material
- Representing yourself or your business as an authorized seller, dealer, or distributor of Allistar
- Selling counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized versions of Allistar products
- Importing or exporting Allistar products for the purpose of resale without authorization
- Bundling or repackaging Allistar products with other items for resale purposes
- Promoting or advertising Allistar products through affiliate links, social content, or paid ads without written consent
Enforcement
Allistar actively monitors all online sales channels and social platforms for unauthorized listings and takes swift enforcement action. This includes:
- Submitting intellectual property infringement reports and takedown requests to any platform hosting unauthorized listings
- Filing notices with social commerce platforms including TikTok Shop, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube
- Issuing cease and desist letters to unauthorized sellers
- Pursuing civil litigation for trademark infringement and damages under the Lanham Act
- Seeking injunctive relief to halt ongoing violations
- Reporting repeat offenders to relevant consumer protection authorities
Allistar is enrolled in IP enforcement programs across multiple platforms. Unauthorized listings will be reported and removed regardless of where they appear. Repeat violations may result in permanent account suspension and legal action.

If you encounter Allistar products listed for sale anywhere other than allistarholdings.com, those listings are unauthorized. Allistar cannot guarantee the authenticity, safety, or quality of such products. Warranty coverage is void for products acquired outside of our official website.
Becoming an Authorized Reseller
Allistar may, at its sole discretion, authorize select partners to resell its products in the future. Any such authorization will be granted only through a formal, written Authorized Reseller Agreement signed by Allistar.
Verbal agreements, purchase history, or prior business relationships do not constitute authorization. Any party claiming reseller status must produce a current, signed agreement upon request.
